Houses for sale in Appin, Argyll and Bute

According to the latest Registers of Scotland data, the average home in Appin sold for £439,386 in 2023. That figure comes from 196 sales logged over the past 22 years.

Prices have continued to climb over the last three years. Compared with 2020, when the typical sale came in around £288,750, that's a rise of roughly 52.2%.

Looking back five years, average prices are up about 133.6% since 2018, a gain of around £251,275 in cash terms.

Zoom out to the past decade for the fuller picture. Back in 2013, homes here averaged £237,785, so the typical sold price has climbed about 84.8% since then, roughly 6.3% a year. Stretch the view to fifteen years and that annual pace eases back to about 4.3%.
