Houses for sale in Gullane, East Lothian

According to the latest Registers of Scotland data, the average home in Gullane sold for £547,898 in 2025. That figure comes from 1,575 sales logged over the past 24 years.

Prices have fallen back over the last three years. Compared with 2022, when the typical sale came in around £599,410, that's a fall of roughly 8.6%.

Looking back five years, average prices are up about 15.6% since 2020, a gain of around £73,808 in cash terms.
