Houses for sale in Dundee, Perth and Kinross

According to the latest Registers of Scotland data, the average home in Dundee sold for £222,239 in 2025. That figure comes from 1,469 sales logged over the past 24 years.

Prices have continued to climb over the last three years. Compared with 2022, when the typical sale came in around £206,253, that's a rise of roughly 7.8%.

Looking back five years, average prices are up about 4.3% since 2020, a gain of around £9,102 in cash terms.

Zoom out to the past decade for the fuller picture. Back in 2015, homes here averaged £207,819, so the typical sold price has climbed about 6.9% since then, roughly 0.7% a year. Stretch the view to fifteen years and that annual pace edges up closer to 1.6%.
